What exactly do I get?
Every package includes a full-length film of 8-15 minutes and a teaser or highlight reel. Beyond that, it depends on what you're after. I also offer a top-tier package that includes a narrative film, and a travel film covering the whole week. The best way to figure out which fits better for you is a conversation.
How many days will you be there?
For most destination weddings, a few days. I usually arrive before the wedding to film the welcome dinner, the getting-ready, the quiet parts. That's where a lot of the film comes from. Exactly how many depends on what you have planned.
Do you film alone?
Usually for smaller weddings, I go solo. This keeps the intimacy focused on the day itself. If you have a larger wedding, I do bring a second shooter, so nothing is missed while I'm following one of you. I'll always tell you in advance who's coming. If it's a destination wedding, I usually work with a local second shooter (vetted by me) so travel expenses remain low.
Who covers travel and accommodation?
Travel and accommodation are billed separately from the film. I keep it simple and transparent. You'll see exactly what it costs before you commit to anything.
How far in advance should we book?
The earlier the better, especially for peak season. I take on a limited number of weddings a year, so dates go early, but if yours is soon, ask anyway. Sometimes it works out.
How much does it cost?
I offer a few set packages, but every wedding is a little different. Reach out with your date, location, and roughly what you have in mind, and I'll send you my full pricing guide.
What is the normal delivery time for a wedding film?
The usual delivery time for your wedding film will be 90 days. Crafting a film takes time and the edit is the most important part of the process, but all of the packages include a teaser film with much faster turnaround – ready for a social media post!
I do offer an express delivery option of 30 days if necessary.
Can I pay in installments?
Certainly. I usually need a 50% deposit to secure the date, but I can tailor installments that work for you.
